Airport Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist the Airport Manager in overseeing daily station activities to ensure safety, security, and operational efficiency
• Monitor revenue protection, including Go-Show and Excess Baggage collection
• Manage staff allocation and utilization to ensure adequate coverage for passenger loads
• Ensure all boarding gates and check-in counters are operated according to schedule and regulatory requirements
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and company policy requirements
• Provide accurate operational reporting, including shift and delay reports, to the Airport Manager
• Identify and report hazards, operational irregularities, or unsafe conditions in accordance with SMS policy
• Deputize for the Airport Manager in their absence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Airlines, Aviation, or GHA industry
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role leading a station team
• Mandatory certifications: IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, Passenger Handling, and Ground Operations Procedures
• Required training in basic Airport safety and security procedures
• Proficiency in Passenger Handling Systems and Departure Control Systems (DCS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
