Airport Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries regarding tickets and flights with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations using the AMADEUS system
• Perform daily administrative tasks related to sales and passenger management
• Resolve customer issues and provide guidance to ensure a positive travel experience

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Tourism (obtained within the last 4 years)
• Intermediate-high level of English to assist international passengers
• Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
• Strong customer orientation and empathy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
