About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet language students at Helsinki Airport during arrivals and departures
- Guide students to connecting flights and assist with travel logistics
- Maintain smooth operations and manage student flow during busy periods
- Coordinate with the head office and local teams to ensure seamless service
- Resolve unexpected travel issues such as flight delays or lost luggage
Requirements
- Fluent in both Finnish and English
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Currently studying or interested in travel, events, logistics, or service industries
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability for flexible, part-time hours aligned with flight schedules
