Airport Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support PSS and DCC teams from the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) in managing daily operations
• Manage irregular operations and ensure communication with the Duty Manager and involved departments
• Ensure service levels are met and Air Transat procedures are followed
• Participate in operational meetings and committees
• Provide analysis on causes and recommendations for corrective measures
• Handle files requiring special assistance and manage performance reviews and disciplinary follow-ups
• Perform administrative tasks including schedule management
• Participate in establishing procedures and training agents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent mastery of French (written and oral)
• Excellent mastery of English (written and oral)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the airport environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in Amadeus Altea CM

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastery of Spanish
• Mastery of Amadeus Altea FM
• Knowledge of Radixx and PDP systems
