Airport Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform regular on-ground audits and quality checks of chauffeurs, vehicles, and greeters to ensure premium standards.
• Act as the central point of contact at Changi Airport (SIN) for airline partners regarding all quality matters.
• Manage the operational execution of strategic partnerships and communicate process changes to stakeholders.
• Improve supply quality and engagement from professional chauffeurs through proactive training and local insights.
• Lead quality checks within the station and participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR).

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling, or premium hospitality management.
• Deep knowledge of Changi Airport flows and VIP service protocols.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate conversations with airline managers and internal leadership.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
