About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily airport operations in Dallas and Houston to ensure smooth and reliable pickup services.
- Manage the Greeter team to deliver premium concierge-style support to guests.
- Act as the primary on-site representative for VIP clients, airline partners, and local stakeholders.
- Respond to real-time operational issues, delays, and escalations to protect the guest experience.
- Conduct quality audits on greeters, chauffeurs, and vehicles to maintain high service standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and the sourcing of personnel to ensure operational readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement by investigating incident trends and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, or premium services.
- Experience managing site operations, staffing, or live service environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned airport stations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable to high standards.
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in airline or airport operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of ambiguity.
