Airport Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations, ensuring adherence to brand requirements, company policy, and regulatory standards.
• Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead the local operation during shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate special guest requirements, including VIP, PRM, and other special category passengers.
• Manage station emergency response plans, disruption planning, and business continuity protocols.
• Accountable for on-time performance, including the mitigation and reporting of flight delays.
• Drive airport ancillary sales performance and monitor customer service KPIs.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity.
• Degree level education (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience working in highly pressured and multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management and business solutions.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lead results and communicate effectively across multiple channels.
