Airplane Delivery Documents Inspector

Responsibilities

• Review and compile essential aircraft delivery records, including flight reports and maintenance task cards
• Verify part numbers and serial numbers to ensure traceability throughout the delivery process
• Perform data entry and collection using company computing systems, RFID scanners, and specialized software
• Conduct pre-document record reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Inventory installed parts and airplane emergency equipment for manufacturing and test dates
• Create and prepare delivery documents for Boeing customers and regulatory agencies
• Monitor removal records and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate aircraft readiness logs
• Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to address discrepancies and maintain inventory records

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 3+ years of experience using software applications (Microsoft Suite, email, and internet navigation)
• 1+ years of experience in data/file management, including organizing and manipulating electronic records
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Physical ability to stand for 6-8 hours per day, climb ladders, and bend, twist, or kneel frequently
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15
