Airline Partnerships Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and onboarding of airline FFP partnership strategies from an operational and administrative perspective
• Track and report on key partnership performance indicators including member engagement and commercial performance
• Manage monthly billing and reconciliation processes for travel partnerships
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to enhance processes and resolve technical bugs
• Support system enhancement testing and process re-engineering projects
• Document and analyze file exchange processes with a focus on automation solutions
• Coordinate BAU requirements from member services teams and partners within agreed SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a loyalty program, preferably within the aviation industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
