About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on Embraer aircraft, including engines, landing gear, and other systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Perform modifications and upgrades to Embraer aircraft systems
  • Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Embraer procedures
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A&P license required
  • 3+ years of experience as an A&P Technician in line or heavy maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
