Aircraft Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist certificated Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) technicians with various maintenance tasks
• Perform support duties including cleaning, removing, preparing, and opening aircraft panels
• Progress through defined skill levels (A1–A4) to take on increasing technical responsibilities
• Execute basic maintenance tasks under the direct supervision of a mentor A&P and crew shift lead
• Maintain high standards of safety and operational excellence within the maintenance environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through testing, training, or past work experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: automotive, marine, military, or industrial trades
• Ability to work in a hands-on, technical environment
• For advanced levels: experience in aviation manufacturing or aerospace environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military service with aviation-related technical training
• Experience in aviation manufacturing or aerospace production
• Documented training or work hours qualifying for FAA General Test for A&P license
