Aircraft Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft repairs, component replacements, and engine servicing to maintain safe operating conditions
• Remove, clean, reinstall, or replace defective parts and accessories such as gaskets, couplings, fittings, and actuators
• Use hand tools to make adjustments and settings, including cable tension and seat movement
• Obtain standard parts by referring to parts manuals and comparing with samples
• Service engines and aircraft components at line stations to ensure flight readiness
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and procedural compliance standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Three (3) years of recent related experience in the field, or an A&P license (which is considered equivalent to 3 years of experience)
• US Citizenship is required to obtain facility credentials
• Ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
