Aircraft Systems Installer

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical components at the workstation, aircraft parking space, or assembly station
• Mark, prepare, assemble, adapt, torque, and secure mechanical components and parts
• Inspect bonding according to orders, GTI, drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform system function checks to ensure operational integrity
• Execute specialized installations including hydraulic lines, belly fairing, flap installation, air conditioning, and fuel systems
• Conduct MLG, tank, and gauging tests as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aviation Production or an equivalent field
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55lbs
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet, including working on hydraulic lifts and fuselage jigs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as squatting or kneeling
