About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare metallic and composite components for assembly, including hybrid stacks
- Verify that components match requirements specified in plans and manufacturing orders
- Perform drilling of components and ensure structural continuity
- Fix parts and apply surface protections such as sealant and alodine
- Manage traceability for serial components and consumables like sealants and paints
- Ensure all operations comply with technical plans, quality standards, and applicable regulations
- Adhere to all health and safety rules within the work environment
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and manufacturing orders
- Experience or training in component preparation and drilling
- Knowledge of surface protection application (sealants, alodine, etc.)
- Understanding of traceability management and documentation processes
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
