About the role
Responsibilities
- Work from instructions provided in assembly manuals and visual aids
- Use jigs and position components using engineering drawings and provided materials
- Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealing products, and install fasteners according to engineering specifications
- Meet standard deadlines and comply with quality reference documents
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Ensure compliance with production standards and rates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in confined spaces on a regular basis
- Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet
- Physical stamina to adopt and maintain various positions as required by the job
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Collegial diploma (DEC) or professional diploma (DEP) is an asset
