Aircraft Security Tech Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage product security governance throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Execute Security Risk Assessments (SRA), including threat and vulnerability evaluations
• Propose security architectures and designs to ensure compliance with requirements
• Evaluate security requirements implemented by system designers
• Manage formal compliance processes, assessment, certification, and accreditation under national and international regulations
• Implement secure configurations and hardening for firewalls, gateways, switches, and anti-malware
• Provide expert support to systems designers and contribute to R&D+I projects
• Monitor cyber vulnerabilities and perform impact analysis to identify mitigation measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in information security or aircraft systems
• Hands-on experience with Security Risk Assessment (SRA) methodologies
• Proficiency in hardening network devices and operating systems
• Experience with vulnerability monitoring tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain National or NATO Security Clearance
• Advanced knowledge of certification standards such as Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408), ITSEC, or airworthiness regulations (DO-326A/ED-202A)
• English C1 level proficiency for technical and business communication
