Aircraft Parts Stock Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage aircraft spares and tooling at the Miami aviation station to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
• Control the receipt and issuance of aircraft spares and materials to maintain flight activity.
• Perform daily stockroom movement controls and maintain accurate entries in the maintenance management program.
• Coordinate cycle count inventories and yearly physical inventories.
• Coordinate the supply of aircraft parts to the Maintenance area based on planning schedules.
• Oversee receiving inspections in coordination with Quality Control Inspectors.
• Manage tooling usage, including monitoring calibration and expiration dates.
• Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent aircraft delays.
• Move engines and oversized parts using a forklift.
• Perform driving duties for the pickup and delivery of aircraft parts.
• Handle dangerous goods certification and shipment declarations.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in aircraft parts control (International and Domestic shipping/receiving).
• Two years of forklift experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a valid Airport ID.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dangerous Goods handling and certification.
