Aircraft Painter

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft painting and surface finishing activities during Base and Line Maintenance.
• Execute paint repairs in accordance with approved data, task cards, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain required tooling, equipment, and GSE, ensuring all items are returned in good condition.
• Monitor and report the status of assigned tasks and any aircraft condition issues to the Engineer-in-Charge.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and mandatory precautions to protect self and others during maintenance activities.
• Minimize waste of consumable materials and prevent unnecessary damage to reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft (Airbus experience preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Base Maintenance Workshop environment.
• Formal training in Aircraft Painting.
• Solid understanding of Airframe and Engine Maintenance theory and practice.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain a UAE Driver’s License.
