About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, and repairs in accordance with aviation regulations and manufacturer instructions
- Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records through proper documentation, computer entries, and logbook entries
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- 2 or more years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals
- Possession of adequate tools
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Inspection Authorization
- Private pilot’s license
- Avionics troubleshooting experience with Garmin integrated avionics
