About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform organizational level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft components including hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, fuel, and rotor systems.
- Conduct scheduled, unscheduled, phase, calendar, conditional, and special inspections.
- Inspect, remove, and replace MV-22 components such as engines, APUs, prop-rotors, tilt axes, mid-wing gearboxes, landing gear, and actuators.
- Utilize the NALCOMIS reporting system to document discrepancies and repairs.
- Interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, and engineering specifications to determine repair methods.
- Assist higher-level mechanics in solving unusual maintenance problems.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Three years of recent aircraft systems experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI clearance.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Valid US Passport.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to supply own hand tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with MV-22B Osprey aircraft.
- Previous experience with MV-22 Avionics.
