Aircraft Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and overhaul Army C-12/King Air (200/350/1900) aircraft and subsystems to ensure airworthiness
• Perform quality maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, or military technical orders
• Repair and replace aircraft structures, including wings, fuselage, rigging, surface controls, and hydraulic units
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications
• Inspect turbine blades for defects and test engine operations using diagnostic equipment
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair or replace worn or damaged engine and airframe components
• Conduct line station servicing to maintain safe operating conditions

Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience on Army C-12 or King Air aircraft
• US Citizenship (required for Secret Security Clearance and base access)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance
• Valid US Passport for travel to South Korea
• High school diploma or GED
• Possession of personal mechanic tools and a toolbox (to be etched and shipped by the company)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical/physical examination

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of formal maintenance training on assigned aircraft or USG armed forces aircraft mechanic course
• Recent full-time aviation maintenance experience on C-12/King Air within the last 12 months
• Six (6) months of flight line and overhaul & inspection experience
