Aircraft Mechanic - A&P - Cessna Citation UC-35

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on C-12, C-26, T-6, and UC-35 aircraft systems
• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and modify avionics, electrical systems, engines, flight controls, and airframe components
• Read and interpret manufacturer maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications
• Ensure aircraft discrepancies are properly recorded in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and contract terms
• Comply with FAA regulations, company maintenance policies, and logistics procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform aircraft recovery missions as necessary
• Perform engine run or taxi operations upon obtaining required certification

Requirements

• Valid FAA Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• High School degree or equivalent
• Valid US Passport and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties including standing, squatting, and working with arms overhead for extended periods
• Ability to deploy to overseas locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of flight line experience
• Specific experience with Army C-12 (Beechcraft 200/300/1900), C-26 (Metroliner), T-6 (Beechcraft Texan), and/or UC-35 (Citation V Ultra/Encore) aircraft
