About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned aircraft folios during the production and flight test phases of the assembly process until handover.
- Analyze and steer non-conformities, customer findings, and flightline issues to drive resolution.
- Identify critical points, initiate action plans, and perform follow-ups to ensure issue closure.
- Prepare aircraft documentation for Internal Quality Gates and lead meetings to communicate aircraft status.
- Create and distribute MSN status reports, performing inflow analysis on work orders and non-conformities.
- Function as a link for escalations by attending SQCDP meetings and documenting issues in Tandem.
- Plan working parties when necessary to resolve major aircraft issues and define daily priorities with Station Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (technical aviation manufacturing training in lieu of a degree is acceptable).
- 3+ years of experience in aviation-related fields, manufacturing planning, or manufacturing project management.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage conflicts of interest and build customer relationships.
- Ability to work effectively within an international team environment.

- 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
