About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the safety and reliability of company aircraft while adhering to the direction of the Chief of Maintenance.
  • Diagnose mechanical and technical issues, perform repairs, and replace aircraft components as needed.
  • Manage the procurement of parts and ensure thorough documentation of all maintenance activities using CAMP Software.
  • Strictly follow MWA protocols and comply with all FAA guidelines and quality standards.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to provide on-site support and respond to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as comprehensive inspections.
  • Work varying rotational shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
  • Solid technical understanding of aircraft systems.
  • Ability to work varying rotational shifts and travel as required.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations.
  • Effective communication and professional interaction skills within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as an aircraft maintenance technician.
  • Self-motivated attitude with an eagerness to develop into a leadership role.
