Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical discrepancies
- Execute line maintenance tasks including A-checks, overnight checks, and service checks
- Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company safety standards
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries
- Support aircraft-on-ground (AOG) recovery efforts as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals
Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel if required
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial aircraft maintenance experience
- Experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft
- Line maintenance or AOG experience
- Familiarity with FAR Part 121 or 145 operations
