Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks for UH-60 and LUH-72 aircraft, support equipment, and special tools
• Manage maintenance staff by reviewing performance, addressing personnel issues, and setting priorities
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including servicing, launch and recovery, and corrosion control
• Review work orders for aircraft system modifications and upgrades
• Interpret manufacturer maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and instruction to team members regarding technical orders and hazardous materials
• Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and monitor parts and supply inventories
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and monitor annual training requirements

Requirements

• 10 years of aviation maintenance experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• 3 years of US Army Aviation maintenance experience
• 2 years of US Army Aviation maintenance supervisory experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI(T1) Public Trust Security Clearance
• US Citizenship is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working techniques
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
