Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of flight schedules to ensure operations are conducted safely
• Oversee maintenance operations including program quality, logistics, training, and metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact with GGFR and the contract during detachment
• Supervise the workforce in executing standards for operations, QA, and aircraft maintenance
• Ensure compliance with federal, DOD, state, and local regulations regarding maintenance and environmental protection
• Implement performance tracking strategies and use diagnostic tools to address operational gaps

Requirements

• 10 years of combined Aviation Operations Management experience (QA, ES&H, contracts, or Maintenance)
• 3 years of aviation QA management experience
• 3 years of aviation ES&H management experience
• 3 years of aviation maintenance management experience
• US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain/maintain a Tier 3 US Government Clearance
• Valid driver’s license and US Passport
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior U.S. Navy aviation experience on F/A-18 aircraft
• 3 years of experience with SCA contracts
