About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform organizational level maintenance on UC-35 Citation Army Transport aircraft.
  • Monitor and maintain documentation for all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
  • Plan and coordinate aircraft inspections, including special, conditional, and phase inspections.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure aircraft availability meets the flight schedule.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding long-range maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain aircraft logbooks (ACN) and ensure all required maintenance is completed before flights.
  • Brief and de-brief pilots regarding aircraft flight time and maintenance discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all current sections of the DA PAM 738-751 Series.
  • Supervise and train lower-level employees in proper work methods and job duties.
  • Keep the Maintenance Officer and COR briefed on aircraft status and contract requirements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline highly desired).
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on maintenance experience specifically with UC-35 Cessna Citation aircraft.
  • Proven experience supervising daily flight operations personnel.
  • US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
