Responsibilities

• Transmit technical knowledge to aeronautical maintenance teams in both theoretical environments and real hangar situations
• Accompany and supervise the execution of complex tasks to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards
• Identify training needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of training content and procedures
• Help standardize processes and elevate operational quality at the base
• Act as a technical reference for other maintenance technicians, supporting the resolution of operational incidents and doubts

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance
• LMA License or Aeronautical Engineering degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Type rating on any aircraft
