Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance
• Coordinate and manage all aircraft maintenance and base activities in collaboration with the base manager
• Develop work schedules for maintenance personnel to support flight operations
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with the company's maintenance control and policy manual
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance facilities

Requirements

• Valid Transport Canada M1 or M2 AME license
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) certificate for at least 2 years on Airbus AS350B2 and/or B3 and AS355N
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to live in or relocate to the Sept-Îles region
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AME certificate on other aircraft types operated by the company
