About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality maintenance and rectification services on company aircraft
- Ensure strict adherence to WHS and Quality policies and procedures
- Oversee quality control for aircraft presentation upon completion of maintenance and prior to release
- Comply with Jetstar’s Safety Management System, training, and regulatory requirements
- Build strong working relationships with contractors and external service providers
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent trade qualification (Mechanical, Avionics, or Structures)
- At least 5 years post-apprenticeship maintenance experience
- Experience or type ratings with A320, A321, or B787 (desirable)
- Valid driving licence and ability to obtain an Airside Drivers License
- Ability to obtain a Qantas Group-issued ASIC and international criminal clearance
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical test
