Aircraft Control Certification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and negotiate Certification Plans with airworthiness authorities to certify systems modifications
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including designers, suppliers, test centers, and pilots, to ensure timely issuance of means of compliance
• Manage the interface with Airworthiness Authorities throughout the entire certification process
• Lead continuous airworthiness assessments by investigating potential safety issues and developing preventive and corrective actions
• Contribute to system safety analyses, including Functional Hazard Analysis and System Safety Assessment

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in system safety, system certification, qualification, or auto flight system development
• Demonstrated knowledge of system physical architecture, integration, and engineering
• Strong communication and influencing skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams and authorities
• High degree of autonomy, team spirit, and the ability to foster trust
• Professional negotiation level in English
