Air Traffic Management System Engineering Expert

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system architectures for ATM solutions (e.g., TopSky)
• Elaborate detailed technical specifications for ATM systems
• Define system and functional requirements
• Analyze client and stakeholder needs to define adapted technical solutions
• Optimize performance of existing ATM systems and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure solution consistency
• Coordinate technical teams to develop test plans for system validation
• Verify solution compliance with current requirements and standards
• Participate in technical reviews and quality audits
• Contribute to responses for calls for tender in the ATM domain
• Coordinate the drafting of technical and commercial proposals

Requirements

• Engineering degree in aeronautics, embedded systems, computer science, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system engineering, preferably in ATM
• Mastery of system engineering methods and tools (SysML, UML, DOORS, POLARION)
• Deep knowledge of ATM standards (SESAR, ICAO, Eurocontrol)
• Knowledge of Thales ATM products (Topsky ATC, Tower, AIM, AMHS, etc.)
• Proficiency in technical English (written and oral)
• Experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training in Air Traffic Management
• Experience in the aeronautical or space sector
