Air Pricing Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end pricing solutions for customers by working with cross-functional stakeholders to secure procurement costs.
• Procure rates from a network of vendors, including carriers and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy in cost databases.
• Fulfill dynamic pricing requests for both fixed and spot rates to support Account Management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for air pricing issues, triaging requests and resolving escalations quickly.
• Monitor internal databases to ensure high integrity and accuracy of all stored rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing strategies, increase profitability, and automate manual processes.
• Support strategic pricing tasks such as bid mapping and data analysis.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry operations, procurement, and technology.
• Experience with imports and/or exports from a sales, operational, or procurement perspective.
• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-based approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as Looker.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Basic programming capabilities.
