Air Planning Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end movement of air export and import shipments within a regional network
• Coordinate day-to-day supply operations, including transloading, trucking, and warehouse activities
• Analyze data to rate subcontractor performance and inform carrier management initiatives
• Execute booking and documentation processes with carriers
• Perform timely shipment troubleshooting and manage exception escalations
• Contribute to the development of procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 2-3 years of experience in airlines, air freight forwarding, or logistics
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and structured, process-oriented thinking
• A client service mindset and a "compliance first" attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights or weekends
