Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
• Develop and lead programs to ensure efficient and cost-effective facility operations
• Plan and schedule distribution services, labor needs, and maintenance tasks
• Manage staffing, supervision, and labor scheduling to meet operational goals
• Implement space utilization plans and maintain an effective product locator system
• Lead safety, security, and housekeeping programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Maintain accurate inventory control and prepare timely operational reports
• Resolve customer shipping and receiving issues to ensure high service standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Proven success in managing automated warehouse operations
• Strong skills in planning, staffing, and budgeting
• Proficient with personal computers and materials handling equipment
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain a professional business demeanor
