Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan air shipments in coordination with specific client requirements and regulations
• Ensure accurate order setup and effective communication with logistics service partners
• Manage shipment-specific processing and provide timely order updates to clients
• Escalate client issues to the management team as required
• Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality and productivity
• Utilize Quick Enterprise Systems (QuickTrac, QuickOnline/RX, and Quick Oasis) for daily operations
• Maintain compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and required training certifications
• Work a schedule of 4 days (10-hour shifts) from 9pm-7am

Requirements

• Background in air courier, freight, or biopharmaceutical logistics preferred
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging and monitoring devices preferred
• Experience in clinical trial logistics and regulatory compliance preferred
• GDP training and IATA Dangerous Goods certification preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
