Air Freight Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight operations, including both operational and administrative tasks
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors, including acquiring new partners
• Issue and track shipping documentation and manage all paperwork related to shipment dispatch and delivery
• Prepare price quotations for customers
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with international agents

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or service sectors
• Confident English language skills, both written and spoken
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, energetic, and proactive personality
• Result-oriented and ambitious approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in any additional foreign languages
