Air Export Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage air export shipments while providing excellent customer service
• Handle complete order processing and monitoring for outgoing air freight
• Communicate effectively with customers and international partners
• Create and process air freight documentation
• Manage and dispatch European-wide pre-carriage and on-carriage transport
• Prepare quotes and compare pricing to ensure competitiveness
• Book freight space with airlines and other partners
• Manage order billing and invoicing
• Monitor and verify customs clearance and all necessary documentation
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management

Requirements

• Training as a Freight Forwarding/Logistics Specialist or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in air export operations
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and TMS systems
• Valid German work permit
• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in time-critical situations
