Air Cooled Material Execution Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple material handlers and delivery assurance coordinators based on production schedules to ensure uninterrupted production
• Monitor material flow from the dock to production lines and coordinate with 3PL warehouses
• Perform quality checks on the work of material handlers and train new hires
• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods throughout the plant
• Process engineering orders (EOs) and other material flow documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing process efficiency and safety
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and assist with department housekeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
• 1+ years of forklift experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat as required by the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
