About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote the Harvey Norman Commercial Air Conditioning Division to the home builder market
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing business plans to acquire new customers
- Achieve set budgets, goals, and profitability objectives
- Create and submit client quotations, technical documentation, and air conditioning designs
- Project manage residential air conditioning jobs from inception to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure all compliance documentation meets required regulatory industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience working within the HVAC or Home Builder industry
- Demonstrated experience in account management and sales
- Practical experience working on building sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in Plandroid and SimPRO
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade Qualification in a relevant field
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
