Air Cargo Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute international air freight orders in accordance with company procedures and client expectations
• Ensure correct preparation and flow of all shipping documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and airlines
• Optimize costs and participate in the debt collection process
• Collaborate with cargo-partner offices and freight forwarding agents worldwide
• Support business development by maintaining high service quality and a positive company image

Requirements

• English language proficiency (minimum intermediate/advanced level) in both speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under time pressure
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Relevant higher education is considered an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of using CargoWise
• Experience or knowledge of using Salesforce
