Air Cargo Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily air cargo operations, including shipment coordination, cargo handling, and logistics planning
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulatory requirements related to air cargo transportation
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs officials, and ground handling agents
• Oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure cargo safety and timely delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor cargo inventory and manage documentation, including airway bills and customs declarations
• Supervise and train staff involved in cargo operations to maintain performance standards
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in air cargo operations and management
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, cargo security, and customs procedures
• Proficiency in cargo management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex logistics processes
• Must be currently located in the UAE
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
