About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of multi-station air cargo operations across major U.S. gateways including NY, LA, and Chicago
- Oversee station teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency
- Control cargo readiness and oversee load planning processes
- Ensure full compliance with FAA, TSA, and CBP aviation, security, and customs regulations
- Manage dangerous goods handling and safety protocols
- Support night-flight operations through rotational shifts
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in airline or air cargo operations
- Proven experience running multi-site or station operations
- Deep knowledge of FAA, TSA, and CBP regulations
- Expertise in dangerous goods handling and compliance
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including night operations, and travel as needed
