Air Cargo Emergency Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute international freight forwarding orders in accordance with company procedures and client expectations
• Ensure correct preparation and circulation of all necessary documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors, including acquiring new business
• Optimize costs and participate in the debt collection process
• Support the development of freight forwarding activities by maintaining high service quality and a positive company image

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of the international air transport market
• Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate level) in both spoken and written forms
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under time pressure
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using CargoWise
• Experience or knowledge using Salesforce
• Relevant professional education in logistics or a related field
