Requirements
Secret Security clearance eligibility, US Citizenship, Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred), 7+ years ADA operations experience, 4+ years at BN or BDE Level, 14A experience
About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead AMD contractor planner and liaison for warfighter exercise (WFX) planning and execution in support of 32d AAMDC
- Provide AMD analytical support to plan, prepare, rehearse, conduct, and assess LSCO exercises, including table-top and Mission Rehearsal Exercises
- Support the integration of AMD into WFX design and structure in accordance with command guidance
- Coordinate with 32d AAMDC Action Officers during Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events, including scenario development and scripting
- Plan and organize exercise products to facilitate joint air and missile defense operations within LSCO environments
- Provide technical and tactical expertise to implement commander’s training guidance and develop strategies through the JELC
- Maintain oversight of supported events and provide recommendations for manning, simulation integration, and overall exercise design
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge management procedures to capture lessons learned and best practices
Requirements
- US Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret Security clearance
- Bachelor's degree (STEM degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in ADA operations
- 4+ years of experience at the Battalion (BN) or Brigade (BDE) level
- 14A experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in exercise design and the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
- Knowledge of Joint Planning processes, operations processes, Air Battle Management, and Air Operations Center activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
