AIOps Practice GTM Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive AIOps and automation opportunities through RFPs, RFIs, and proactive pursuits in Digital ITSM, Service Assurance, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Create and validate solution designs and proposals for IT Observability and automation, utilizing tools such as Splunk, BMC, New Relic, and ServiceNow ITOM.
• Co-create and drive Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, specifically infusing end-to-end Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents and LLM-powered frameworks.
• Collaborate with solution architects, finance managers, and sales teams to develop pricing, documentation, and presales collateral.
• Conduct market scans and maintain relationships with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner) to stay ahead of technology trends in BSM and automation.
• Present AIOps solutions to customers during onsite discussions and mutual value discovery sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of IT industry experience in core consulting, solutioning, and delivery within the IT Application and Infrastructure space.
• Technical expertise in AIOps full-stack tools (e.g., OpsRamp, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, or UiPath).
• Deep understanding of emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet).
• Exposure to cloud technologies and services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to define requirements, develop business cases, and lead solution implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
