About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop ML models for anomaly detection and event correlation
- Build NLP-based chatbot solutions including intent recognition and dialogue management
- Integrate with AWS AI services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lex
- Develop REST APIs for chatbot integrations
- Integrate with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira
- Implement streaming analytics and real-time data processing
- Develop Lambda-based event-driven workflows and design Step Functions orchestration pipelines
- Collaborate with the Observability team for log pattern detection
Requirements
- 3–8+ years in AI/ML development
- Experience deploying ML models in production
- Proficiency in Python with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with NLP frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex)
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB
- Skills in event correlation, log analysis, and RESTful API development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenTelemetry
- Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana metrics
- Experience in AIOps implementation
