AI/ML Presales Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical presales partner for client engagements, discovery, and solution design
• Lead client conversations to determine effective AI/ML solution paths using preferred technologies
• Translate business challenges into clear solution architectures, tradeoffs, and recommendations
• Define solution architecture, timelines, and required resources
• Guide technical teams by synthesizing discovery into direction for demos and proofs of concept
• Create client-facing materials including architecture diagrams, slide decks, and implementation plans
• Partner with sales leadership on estimations, pricing, and scope definition

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data platforms, cloud architecture, or advanced analytics
• Proven experience in sales engineering, presales, or technical consulting for enterprise clients
• Broad knowledge of AI/ML architectures and platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and Salesforce
• Strong ability to conduct solution discovery and assess technical feasibility
• Experience creating architecture diagrams and solution narratives
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
