AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-step AI agents including problem decomposition, context retrieval, and error recovery
• Own RAG pipelines, vector and graph-based retrieval, and knowledge representations
• Develop the AI layer for natural language to production-grade transformations via prompt design and fine-tuning
• Manage production AI scaling, including latency, throughput, and observability
• Build evaluation loops to ensure agent quality and output accuracy

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in software engineering with meaningful AI/ML depth
• Proven track record of building and owning coding agents or AI systems in production
• Experience with architectural decision-making under uncertainty
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j)
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scala or Go
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, DuckDB, or Spark
• Background in data processing and analytics
